For one of our key clients based in Luxembourg, a major EU financial institution, we are currently looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with experience in supporting financial systems to join a team working at the intersection of finance, governance, and software development.

The role is based onsite in Luxembourg, therefore office presence is required Monday-Friday.
The mission is long-term.

More specifically, you will be responsible for…

● Complex financial systems production support such as WallStreet Suite - TRM, RM-Derivatives, Compatible financial risk or similar

(e.g. murex),

● Data provisioning, data transformation, Database/application administration,

● Automation, Azure dev ops, Git, Kubernetes, cloud deployment and Terraform knowledge,

● Full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-to-large-scale projects related

to operational activities of above-mentioned technologies,

● Database management systems: MongoDB (focus on), SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Azure,

● Scripting and development: Powershell, Unix Shell, Python,

● Disaster Recovery,

● Spunk report writing.

Are you the perfect match?

• Bachelor/Master degree in Information science, Finance, Corporate Governance or other relevant field.

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, out of which 3 years are in the field of financial systems support and maintenance.

• Experience in technical project management with agile methodology;

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Tanzu;

• Hands-on experience in scripting, production support, disaster recovery processes and procedures.
