KEYES International Organisations branch (formerly Trasys International) has built a track record of over 30 years of collaboration with International Organisations, supporting large‑scale digital transformation projects. Today, we are a major ICT partner for European Institutions, Agencies, National Authorities and International Public Organisations across Europe.
YOUR MISSION
As part of a customer-focused team, you will support the Account Managers throughout the bid lifecycle by coordinating the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring delivery within deadlines, budgets, and compliance requirements, particularly in relation to framework agreements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the evaluation and commercial qualification of business opportunities;
Acting as the main coordinator and active contributor for selection-related proposal content, including references, CVs, and standard materials for International Organisations clients;
Supporting budget validation activities and contributing to the initial technical qualification process that defines the bid team structure;
Coordinating contributions from internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, timelines, and budget adherence;
Consolidating proposal content from Sales, Delivery, and Support Services teams;
Formalising commitments from external partners through Team Agreements;
Ensuring full compliance with tender requirements from legal, financial, and administrative perspectives;
Coordinating contractual activities for successful bids;
Ensuring adherence to internal bid management processes and technical/financial approval procedures;
Supporting the development of commercial tools and standard proposal materials;
Reviewing and challenging proposed solutions to ensure consistency across functional, technical, and pricing dimensions.
YOUR TEAM
You will join the International Bid Management & Sales Support team, whose mission is to coordinate the delivery of winning bids and support business development activities.
The team consists of six professionals, including Bid Managers, Technical Writers, Architects, and Back Office specialists, and is part of the International Organisations department.
You will be coached and mentored by Nicolas Prevost, your direct manager.

Job requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Higher education qualification or university degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, combined with experience in Bid Management, Bid Writing, and Pre-sales activities.
Proven experience managing large-scale bids in European Institutions or Public Sector;
Strong ability to analyse and address tender specifications with an appropriate level of detail, accuracy, and quality;
Excellent command of English and French both written and spoken;
A collaborative mindset, curiosity for emerging technologies, and willingness to work in an international environment;
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships;
Excellent writing and communication skills;
Strong coordination and leadership capabilities, with the ability to challenge, align, and guide stakeholders throughout the bid process;
A rigorous and detail-oriented approach, ensuring effective oversight of complex bids;
High adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
